Why Do We Charge For An Application Fee?

For safety reasons, we prioritize clearing all individuals thoroughly before they can move in. Keep in mind you would be living with others, you want to be safe we want you to be safe. The service center that handles background checks costs $50, but we charge only $20 and help cover the remaining $30 to ease your burden.

You’ll soon have the option to conduct your own background check through a link we’ll provide directly from the website we use. Alternatively, we can still handle the background check for you at the reduced rate of $20, offering peace of mind regarding where your money is spent.

Please keep in mind that the time frame for clearance depends on when you submit your background check. If you choose to do it yourself, the processing time may vary. We’ll still need additional time to review your application and background check, so please plan accordingly.

  • No pets allowed due to allergy concerns.

  • Limited parking; most residents park on the street.

Smoking Policy

  • No indoor smoking; allowed outdoors. Violation leads to lease termination.

Drug Policy

  • No street drugs permitted. Prescription drugs are allowed.

Felonies

  • No applicants with felonies accepted for safety reasons.

Safety Measures

  • Secure keypad entry with personal codes.

  • Outdoor and entrance cameras; no cameras inside rooms.

Laundry

  • No on-site laundry. Nearest laundromat is 0.8 miles away. We are working on getting this in the future.

Occupancy

  • Single occupancy preferred. Couples may be considered at double rent to cover utilities.

Payments

  • Electronic payments preferred, especially through Zelle. Cash accepted. No Money Orders or Checks
