Room Rental Details:

• Room Features:

  • Each room has locks on both the inside and outside for your privacy.

Pricing:

• Regular Rent: $950 per month.

• Discounted Rent: $600 per month if rent is paid on time (by the 1st of each month). Late payments will not receive the discount.

  • The $350 coupon is applied each month, lowering your rent to $600 as long as it's paid on time.*

Rent Includes:

• Water

• Electricity

• Gas

• Pest Control

• Lawn Care/ Not snow

Additional Costs:

• WiFi: Available for a small extra fee (paid separately from rent).

• We Have A Furnished Room Option: You can request the room to be furnished for an additional fee:

  • $100 per month, or

  • Flat fee of $800 (paid upfront at the time of lease signing).

  • This is a rental for the duration of your stay, not for ownership once you move out. Items must stay.

  Furnished items include:

  • Twin Bed

  • Nightstand

  • TV

Lease Terms:

• Month-to-Month lease, allowing flexibility to move out at any time. However, a 30-day notice is required before moving out.

Move-In Costs:

• Rent: $950

• Deposit: $200 (Non-refundable)

• Total: $1,150

We also prorate when signing the lease. Meaning first months rent is not full cost unless signed on the 1st. We deduct money off days that passed already.

Move in cost may be less than posted. Goes with Deals posted below as well. Can effect move in cost.
